PowerSchool Parent Portal
We are pleased to introduce you to PowerSchool Parent Portal, where parents and guardians can have one login to access their student’s grades and attendance in one place!

If you do not already have a portal account, you will need to create one through which you may view students for whom you have legal and parental rights. To obtain your student’s access ID and Password, please reach out to the GWCS Technology Help Desk. If you already have an account created, but cannot remember your password, please choose the “forgot password” option on the sign-in page. Please note that the portal is only available to our middle school students and parents at this time.
When using the PowerSchool App for iPhone or Android, you will be required to first enter the district code below:
To set up your single sign-on account for your student, please go to the PowerSchool website at https://gwcs.powerschool.com/public/ and select-Create Account.
Follow the steps on the next page to create an account. Please note you will need your student access ID and password.
Fill in the required information using full first and last name. If you have multiple students, you can enter their access information in this step. Once complete, select enter at the bottom of the page.
Adding Students to your Existing Account:
Sign in to the GWCS PowerSchool Portal and navigate to -Account Preferences. On the next page, toggle to the students tab and select -Add. In the pop up window add your student access information and select -Ok.
Username or Password Recovery:
If you already have an account created, but cannot remember your username or password, please choose the “forgot username or password” option on the sign-in page.
Fill in the requested information on the next page. You will receive an email with instructions and a temporary password to access your account.
