Green Woods Charter School will implement a Flexible Instructional Day (FID). Full details about Flexible Instructional Days can be found on our website at https://www.greenwoodscharter.org/apps/pages/FID What to Expect During a Flexible Instructional Day Families will receive an email by 8:30 a.m. with a Zoom link for homeroom check-in, which will begin at 9:00 a.m. All students are expected to attend the homeroom session, during which teachers will review expectations for the day and take attendance. Information about office hours will be shared during this time. By 10:00 a.m., all assignments for the day will be posted to Google Classroom or emailed to families.
- Elementary Students Kâ2: Students should complete Day 1 of the FID packets. Any questions please reach out to your student's teacher. Grades 3â4: Assignments will be posted in Google Classroom.
- Middle School All core subject teachers will post assignments in Google Classroom for the day.
This is our first Flexible Instructional Day of the year. As with any new process, there may be a few minor hiccups, but our team is ready to support students and families throughout the day.
