Some isolation and quarantine requirements are dependent on the individual’s documented COVID vaccination status. While submission of your child’s vaccination status is not required, having a record of this information will help us determine the appropriate isolation and quarantine requirements should we encounter a positive case. As with all student immunization records, this information will be kept confidential. We are asking families of vaccinated students to submit a COVID vaccination record to our school nurses to assist in the contract tracing process.
