Jeffery Hammond, Board Vice-Chair

Jeffrey Hammond comes to Green Woods with a wealth of knowledge, years of valuable business experience, and an infectious enthusiasm that will greatly enhance and support the Board of Trustees and the future growth of Green Woods Charter School.  Jeff has more than 20 years of sales experience and is currently working for Staples, Inc. Before joining Staples, Jeff founded his own business where his focus was on supporting the fund development strategies of non-profits. In that capacity, he was responsible for raising over $10,000,000 through community events, fundraising, and financial networking campaigns.

When asked why he wanted to become a trustee, Jeff wrote, “I have tremendous trust and admiration for the leadership of Green Woods Charter School, and I fully support the expansion direction for which we are attempting to proceed.  I have an incoming 3rd grader and Kindergartner at the school, and it is my hope to give back to the school which has given so much to our family.”
