“OPEN HOUSE ENROLLMENT DATE ANNOUNCED!”

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE ANTICIPATING APPROXIMATELY 10-12 OPENINGS FOR KINDERGARTEN FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR. GRADES 1 THROUGH 8 HAVE NO ANTICIPATED OPENINGS AT THIS TIME. WE CAN NEVER BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN IF SEATS WILL OPEN UP IN ANY OF OUR GRADES AND SO WE WELCOME YOU TO JOIN US AT OUR OPEN HOUSE ENROLLMENT NIGHT AND TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE LOTTERY. WE JUST WANT TO BE SURE THAT PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS ARE MADE AWARE THAT, CURRENTLY, OUR GRADES ARE FILLED TO CAPACITY AND SOME HAVE A SIBLING WAITING LIST.

FAMILIES DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER FOR THE OPEN HOUSE ENROLLMENT NIGHT.

Green Woods Charter School will be holding our Open House Enrollment Night on Tuesday, January 27, 2009.  Families applying for admission to Kindergarten for September 2009 must attend the 5:30PM session.  Families applying for grades 1 through 6 for September 2009 must attend the 7:30PM session.  If a family is applying for both Kindergarten and another grade, they must attend the Kindergarten session at 5:30PM.

Applications for enrollment to Green Woods Charter School are only made available at our Open House/Enrollment night. There is an overwhelming interest in our school and it is our desire that potential applicants come and see our unique site and learn about our program prior to filling out an application.

Because of the high number of requests for applications, application packets are not made available by fax, mail, or via e-mail or internet or at any other time other than the Open House Enrollment Night.
